Jeffrey Bonus, VP Membership, has just released a summary of the 2011 Membership Survey. These annual surveys provide the Board of Directors with important feedback from the membership on their interests, their level of satisfaction with Chapter benefits, and many many new ideas about additional programs and events for Chapter members.
